Mama Rose’s pasta sauce recipes are truly authentic Italian. We cook our sauce with love and a great deal of pride. The meat sauce is rich in beef, sausages and fresh vegetables. Our marinara sauce is a light, meatless sauce cooked with mushrooms, onions and garlic. And, of course, we use only the highest grade pasta cooked to the proper “al dente”.
